To use the Hexi body toner, we recommend drinking plenty of water before and after the session to stimulate the lymphatic system and fat drainage. To start, apply a generous amount of ultrasonic gel (one of the included 4 gifts and our body toner will be significantly less effective without it) to the top of the toner device then massage the targeted body area in constant and gentle back and forth movements. We recommend your sessions to last 20 minutes and target the arms, back, legs, thighs, stomach, buttocks and waist only. Our set comes with a detailed guide with instructions on how to use to make it easy for customers. Two very important things to keep in mind: 1. Avoid the chest area and target only the arms and areas starting at the stomach and all the way down: This is because the chest area has very important and vital fat that we do not want to break down. For example, the fat in your breasts is key to mammary gland function and milk secretion so users must avoid the chest area. Also we recommend avoiding the face as breaking down face fat can make you look older than your biological age. 2. Allow for a period of 3 days between sessions: This gives the lymphatic system enough time to drain the broken down fat from the previous session.
