I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

If you entered the wrong delivery address, please email us at support@hexibella.com as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we might still be able to contact the shipping company to request a change of address.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order, we will receive a tracking number within the next 1-2 days which will be sent to you via email once we receive it! You can then visit our tracking page and enter this tracking number to see shipping updates.

My item arrived damaged, what is the return process?

If your item arrived damaged, please email us immediately and send us a photo or video of the problem and we will send a replacement right away!

I have ordered the wrong size of an item can I make a return?

Yes you have 30 days from the day the item arrived to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us via email.

The order did not meet my expectations, can I initiate a refund?

Absolutely, contact us by email to initiate a return ticket and we will refund your payment to the original purchase method.
