It is not very heavy so it is easy to carry. I often carry it when I go out for work (construction) now. I turn it on when I get in my car and drink a full cup before driving and I find I am less sore and my joints are better recovered for the next day. I am not sure if drinking it right after work is necessary but I feel it is better to drink right after as it starts recovery immediately.

The water does not have any aftertaste or any weird taste which is what worried me the most as weird taste usually indicates chemicals. When it works, you can see bubbles go up and form in the bottle which means the molecular hydrogen is dissolving in the water. As for benefits, I can not tell yet but I can verify that there is no Chlorine taste.
