It is not very heavy so it is easy to carry. I often carry it when I go out for work (construction) now. The water does not have any aftertaste or any weird taste which is what worried me the most as weird taste usually indicates chemicals. When it works, you can see bubbles go up and form in the bottle which means the molecular hydrogen is dissolving in the water. As for benefits, I can not tell yet but I can verify that there is no Chlorine taste.
